About the Role:

As a Compliance Executive, you will be an integral part of our compliance operations team. Your role involves establishing and maintaining a robust monitoring mechanism to ensure compliance with all insurance business processes within the company.

Work Location: Andheri East (work-from-office model)

Your key goals and responsibilities (includes but is not limited to)

1. Develop and maintain regulatory policies and procedures under the Compliance Program, managing day-to-day compliance operations.

2. Review existing business processes to ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations.

3. Prepare regular compliance status reports to keep management informed of compliance efforts and progress.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliance requirements across all organizational processes.

5. Identify alleged violations of IRDAI laws and insurance broking regulations, recommending procedures for corrective actions.

Required Skills :

Qualification: Preferably CS, LLB, or MBA.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in an in-house compliance role within an insurance or insurance broking company.

Expertise: Knowledgeable in insurance broking laws and IRDAI regulations.

Skills: Ability to independently draft compliance checklists, manuals, and regulatory documentation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
