ServiceNow Developer - GRC (4-5 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with expertise in GRC, IT Risk, IT Resilience (ITR), Operational Risk Management (ORM), and Compliance.

You will play a critical role in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that drive efficiency and compliance for our clients.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and configure solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on GRC, IT Risk, and Compliance modules.

- Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.

- Automate workflows to optimize GRC and ORM processes.

- Manage configurations, scripts, and updates for the ServiceNow platform to meet organizational needs.

- Implement solutions to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver projects successfully.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for customizations, workflows, and processes.

- Provide ongoing support and enhancements for deployed ServiceNow solutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for ServiceNow solutions.

- Design, develop, and implement custom applications, workflows, and modules within the ServiceNow platform.

- Configure ServiceNow instances to support business processes and requirements.

- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications as needed.

- Develop and maintain documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

- Strong knowledge of GRC, IT Risk, IT Resilience (ITR), ORM, and Compliance.

- Expertise in ServiceNow modules like GRC, ITSM, and related workflows.

- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and ServiceNow-specific scripting (e., Glide API).

- Familiarity with integrations using REST APIs and SOAP.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
