JOB DESCRIPTION
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our real estate offerings and establishing interest.
* Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospective buyers through research, networking, and effective outreach.
* Scheduling Visits: Coordinate and schedule property visits, ensuring clients are well-informed and prepared for viewings.
* Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to nurture leads and address any questions or concerns.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Sales Support: Assist the sales team with relevant documentation, customer updates, and database management
* Market Insights: Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and competitive landscapes to provide accurate information to clients.
Requirements:
* Experience: 0-2 years in a similar role, with experience in real estate or sales preferred.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
* Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
