Sales : Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet enrollment targets. Communicate the value and benefits of our courses to prospective students.
Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong relationships with students throughout their academic journey. Provide constant assistance and direction to ensure their success and satisfaction.
Enrollment Management : Manage the enrollment process, which includes document collection, fee payment, and other administrative activities.
Market Research : Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide insights for course improvement and effective sales strategies.
Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and enrollment data. Create regular reports to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Strong Communication Skills.
Min 2-3 years experience in a relevant field.
Should have a Bachelor s Degree.
Proven experience in sales, counseling, or related roles in academic roles.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
