Job Description: Talent Acquisition Group (TAG) Executive


Location: India


Supporting: US Recruiting

Position Summary:


The Talent Acquisition Group (TAG) provides administrative and operational support to the US recruiting team. This role is critical in streamlining recruitment processes, coordinating candidate interactions, managing systems, and ensuring compliance with hiring procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment Coordination & Administrative Support:


  • Assist US recruiting team with scheduling interviews across multiple time zones, coordinating with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panel members via email.
  • Manage calendar invites, interview confirmations, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Vet applicant resumes and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
  • Track candidate status and update applicant tracking dashboard
  • Prepare offer letters, collect necessary documentation, and assist in onboarding coordination.

Talent Acquisition Operations:


  • Maintain accurate records of candidate data, requisitions, and hiring reports in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support background check initiation, reference checks, and other pre-employment processes.
  • Coordinate with HR, hiring managers, and recruiters to ensure smooth workflow and documentation.
  • Assist in job posting creation, job board management, and social media outreach as needed.
  • Generate reports and dashboards on recruitment metrics, interview feedback, and hiring progress.

Candidate Experience & Communication:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Provide a high-touch experience to candidates by addressing queries and ensuring a positive hiring experience.

Compliance & Process Improvement:

  • Ensure all hiring activities align with US labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance-related documentation and records.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance process efficiency and improve overall recruitment operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or HR operations, preferably supporting US or global teams.

Technical & Soft Skills:

  • Proficiency in creating Applicant Tracking Dashboards
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong coordination and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in US time zones or overlap significantly with US business hours.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, background verification processes, and compliance regulations is a plus.

Work Environment & Expectations:

  • Shift Timing: Overlap with US business hours (typically evening/night shifts in India).
  • Fast-paced: Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
