Position: Bilingual Patient Specialist

Shift Timings: 5:30 pm to 2:30 am IST (EST shift)

Requirements: Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish and English to effectively assist patients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting patients with inquiries and support.
• Communicate effectively with patients, ensuring clarity and a positive experience.
• Verify and update patient information accurately in the system.
• Coordinate appointments, confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Provide information on services, policies, and procedures.
• Address patient concerns, escalate issues as needed, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, HIPAA regulations, and confidentiality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline patient support processes.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions and transactions.
• Assist in improving customer service strategies based on patient feedback.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for clear interactions with patients and insurance providers.

Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in eligibility verification and documentation.
