Spanish Language Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION
Profile - Spanish Langauge expert
Location - Noida (NSEZ)
Shift- 24 x 7 (rotational)
LOB- Inbound/Blended

Role & responsibilities :

• Handle inbound customer calls and emails for US-based clients.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and issues with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Provide timely and accurate responses, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and solutions effectively in the system.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining adherence to quality standards and performance targets (e.g., call resolution time, customer satisfaction, etc.).
• Follow-up on pending issues and escalate cases as necessary to resolve customer concerns.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Minimum 1 year of experience required in International voice process.
• Proficiency in spoken English and Spanish langues .
• Ability to work in US night shifts and rotational week-offs.
• Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, patience, and active listening skills to deliver great customer experiences.
• Candidate should have completed minimum B2 level of Spanish.
