Crm Trainee

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications, addressing concerns, and resolving issues according to company guidelines.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members or supervisors.
• Learn to manage customer data in CRM platforms to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer records.
• Help track customer interactions, preferences, feedback, and service requests within the CRM system.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Listening attentively to customers, understanding their needs, and responding appropriately.
• Quickly identifying issues and finding effective solutions.
• Managing high call volumes while maintaining efficiency and quality.
