We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Academic Counselor to join our team in Kolkata, specifically to guide parents and students in selecting our Vedic Maths Online Courses. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting and advising on the benefits of Vedic Maths, helping students and parents make informed decisions about enrolling in our programs. You will be responsible for understanding student needs, explaining course offerings, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel parents and students regarding the benefits of Vedic Maths and how our online courses can support academic growth.
• Provide one-on-one guidance to help students select the appropriate Vedic Maths course based on their age, level, and academic needs.
• Assist in the entire enrollment process, from course selection to registration and payment.
• Proactively follow up with prospective students and parents who have shown interest in the Vedic Maths programs.
• Organize and participate in Demo webinars, workshops, and information sessions to promote Vedic Maths courses.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and follow-up actions in a database.
• Provide periodic reports on enrollment trends, student feedback, and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to continuously improve course offerings and marketing strategies.
• Handle any queries or concerns regarding course content, fees, or scheduling.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in Vedic Maths and incorporate that knowledge into counseling sessions.
