Plant Head

Role & responsibilities -

• Develop and manage the plants budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Monitor and control production costs, aiming to improve efficiency and profitability without compromising quality.
• Oversee the operation of the paint shop, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to environmental standards.
• Manage plastic injection molding processes, ensuring quality and efficiency while minimizing downtime and waste.
• Supervise the production of sheet metal parts, maintaining strict standards for precision and quality control.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring efficient and smooth production processes.
• Develop and implement strategic goals for the plant to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Monitor plant performance, analyze production metrics, and take corrective actions as needed to meet targets.
• Ensure the manufacturing of automotive parts, sheet metal parts, and plastic components meets quality, quantity, and time requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, particularly paint shop operations, plastic injection molding, automotive parts production, and sheet metal parts.
• Manage and oversee ISO and IATF compliance within the plant, ensuring all processes meet the required quality standards and audit guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile -

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Plant Head to oversee the operations of our manufacturing facility in the auto parts industry. The ideal candidate should have expertise in managing plant operations, with hands-on knowledge in various manufacturing processes such as paint shop operations, plastic injection molding, sheet metal parts, and automotive parts production. The Plant Head will be responsible for the overall plant management, ensuring production efficiency, quality standards, cost control, and adherence to safety and compliance regulations.
