We are looking for a versatile legal receptionist who is a graduate from a reputable college. Ideally, the individual must possess formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or related training would be preferred. Fluency in English is a must and prior experience in similar role will be advantageous. In this role, the duties will include attending to visitors, answering, screening calls, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, managing mail and deliveries, dealing with couriers, note taking, assistance with filing and travel arrangements. Ideal candidate must possess competency in general office administration and experience with word processing, spreadsheets, printers, scanners and general office equipment. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills are necessary. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals with ability to proofread, multitask and establish priorities; ability to work both independently and as a team member, and flexible and adapt to evolving work responsibilities.

Upkeeping of reception area
Attending calls and forwarding messages to concern person

Library Management
Welcoming clients/guests
Typing work (not regularly)
