Product Manager - Strategy & Roadmap (8-12 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking technically savvy, self-driven individual with a strategic mindset to serve as Product Manager. He/She should have the ability to quickly grasp the ideas/ concepts/ essence of discussions, engage with different stakeholders to drive results, express their ideas/ thoughts/ solutions clearly in their written/oral communication, and be a solid, reliable team player.

You will be working closely with a group of product managers, engineers and quality assurance engineers to help Priority deliver high quality releases to its customer base. The ideal candidate shall have a rock-solid background in using agile methodologies, to define requirements, prioritize features, provide business guidance, and perform acceptance testing, for our software products. He/she shall also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to work cross-functionally. A keen sense of ownership, drive, and scrappiness is a must.

Requirements :

- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for allocated product initiative(s).

- Engage with global stakeholders regularly to understand/ gather prioritized requirements, convert them into business requirements and work in a continuous process of refinement through feedback from all stakeholders.

- You may be required to manage numerous requests concurrently and strategically, prioritizing when necessary.

- Translate analytic insights into concrete, actionable recommendations for operational, program or product improvements.

- Dive deep to understand areas of optimization across operations and functional teams; translate findings into business requirements.

- Use agile methodologies, to translate business write ups into technical functional specifications and recommend solutions that document ideas clearly and concisely using wireframes and other such technical tools to ensure a clean hand-off to the development/ QA teams.

- Perform acceptance testing, for newly developed software products as well as enhancements to existing products.

- Manage the entire life cycle of the initiatives you're responsible for including showing operations success and developing on further iterations and delivering the final release to stakeholders.

- Ensure proper product documentation is maintained for your owned area with the help of a tech-writing team.
