Role Description

We are hiring dynamic Women Leaders in Finance, This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Finance & Accounts at Printo in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing financial statements, accounting function, financial reporting, budgeting, and utilizing analytical skills to drive financial decisions and strategies. We are looking for a CA who is a business person first and has a dhandha mindset. The opportunity is to grow into a CFO role of a company that is going to IPO in 3 years.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Budgeting skills and Analytical Skills.
• Ability to look at a Balance Sheet and P&L and link it to the business model and ground realities
• Experience in Cashflow management
• Strong understanding of Budgeting and Controls
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CA, ICWA,CFA) is a plus.
