Princeton IT Services - Senior UX Designer - Figma/Animation (8-20 yrs)

Job Description :

- Prefer candidates from Bangalore | Remote - PAN India

- Candidate should be from A-grade collages or MNC's company.

- Candidate should be from Product based company

Key Responsibilities :

Product Design & Feature Development :

- Own the exploration of new product features from initial discovery to release, contributing to product flow improvements and new feature ideation.

Iteration Rounds :

- Regularly share and provide feedback with your team and leadership.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

- Partner with product, customer success, user research, marketing, and engineering to iterate and launch features while contributing to the overall product strategy.

Design System Maintenance :

- Ensure consistency and scalability by maintaining and evolving the design system.

Documentation :

- Create precise design specifications for different personas and use cases, supporting developers during feature handover and implementation.

Visual Asset Creation & Animation :

- Occasionally partner with the Marketing team to create animations and design visual assets that support go-to-market strategies.

Quality Assurance Support :

- Work with developers to review and refine implementations, ensuring high-quality UX/UI.

Key Qualifications :

- 8+ years in SaaS product design with a strong foundation in UX/UI and a refined sense of visual storytelling and brand expression.

- Advanced proficiency in Figma and design systems.

- Business-level English.

- Detail-oriented with solid documentation skills.

- Values a culture of feedback and actively seeks input on work and approaches.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate the rationale behind design decisions.

- Ability to independently organize, break down, and structure complex problems.

- Capable of quickly producing a broad range of UX/UI concepts while identifying edge cases in detail.

- Humble, collaborative team player focused on achieving shared goals.

Continuous Improvement :

- Leverage data and analytics to evaluate designs' success and identify improvement opportunities.

- Stay up to date with the latest trends in UX design, tools, and technologies, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

- Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a solid design culture within the organization.

Bonus qualifications :

While not required, its a plus if you have any of the following :

- Experience in growth-stage startups where you helped overcome scalability challenges within product teams and systems.

- Ability to conceptualize and produce engaging animations independently.

- An understanding of how design teams operate in large, multi-product companies.

- Experience using data to inform design decisions.
