Role Overview :
We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with 5 years of experience to join our team in Kakinada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Application Stack is developed in C#/.NET environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop robust test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
- Write, maintain, and execute automated test scripts.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to understand requirements and identify test scenarios.
- Perform regression, integration, and performance testing to identify and resolve issues.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes of defects, and track issues to resolution.
- Ensure test coverage and quality by implementing best practices in QA processes.
- Contribute to continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines with automation scripts.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and tools in QA automation.
Required Skills :
- Proficiency in QA automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of software testing life cycle (STLC) and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- ISTQB or equivalent certification.
- Experience in performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms.
- Experience in database testing with SQL or other query languages.
- Application Stack is developed in C#/.NET environment.
Educational Qualification :
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
