Job Description

Job Title: Project Coordinator

Company Overview

As, a leading construction company, we are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator who has prior experience working with a contractor company. The successful candidate will assist our project management team in coordinating and administering construction projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and budgeting

- Assist in preparing and tracking project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and progress reports

- Liaise with project stakeholders, including contractors, architects, engineers, and clients

- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and recommend corrective actions

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and databases

- Collaborate with the project team to ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards and Work Progress.

Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in a contractor company

- Bachelor's degree

- Proven experience with project management software and tools

- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
