Associate Business Consultant

Introduction :

We are hiring an Associate Business Consultant for our client company which is a leader in the Corporate Governance industry.

Responsibilities :

1) Meeting with and advising senior executives throughout the consultation process.

2) Determining business needs and identifying weaknesses.

3) Assessing and analyzing business practices and procedures.

4) Formulating recommendations and solutions with attention to a client's wishes, capabilities and limitations forming concise reports

5) Presenting findings and suggestions to clients with ample justification and practical advice.

6) Developing detailed project plans to drive changes and improvements.

7) Organizing and managing business projects.

8) Providing guidance when issues, challenges or problematic situations arise.

9) Tracking and assessing the effectiveness of projects.

Qualifications :

1) Degree in business administration or related field required.

2) Proven experience of 1-5 years as business consultant or equivalent.

3) Knowledge of diverse business matters such as IT, Marketing, HR etc.

4) Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with a wide selection of business management software (CRM, ERP etc.) and databases

5) BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in a specialized business field beneficial.

6) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

7) Analytical mind with excellent data collection, analysis and problem-solving skills.

8) Certified Management Consultant is a plus.
