Job Responsibilities:
- Experience in working on projects with the State/ Central Government or Bi-lateral/Multilateral State/Central PSUs in these areas.
- Conduct primary and secondary research continually to identify potential companies/investors in the sector who should be targeted.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to inform project strategies, policies, and decision-making processes.
- Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and policy recommendations based on evidence and data.
- Identification of Thrust Sectors (industrial and non-industrial) for investment and prepare sector-specific SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis and benchmarking to identify key factors viz-a-viz the competitor States.
- Conduct gap analysis, policy benchmarking and lead generation.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proven project management skills.
- Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Education Qualifications:
- Post Graduation in Economics/Management/Public Policy/ Public Administration or other related fields.
- Experience (in yrs): 3+ years.
- Experience in working on projects with the State/ Central Government or Bi-lateral/Multilateral State/Central PSUs in relevant sectors (specify sectors if applicable).
- Conduct primary and secondary research to identify potential companies/investors in target sectors. Conduct in-depth research and analysis to inform project strategies, policies, and decision-making processes.
- Identify Thrust Sectors (industrial and non-industrial) for investment and prepare sector-specific SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis and benchmarking to identify key factors vis- vis competitor States. - Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and policy recommendations based on evidence and data.
- Conduct gap analysis, policy benchmarking, and lead generation to support business development initiatives. Key Skills Required: - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present research findings and recommendations to senior management and clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines. Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the target sectors.
Education - Post Graduation in Economics/Management/Public Policy/ Public Administration or other related fields.
Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience.
