Job Description - eLearning DeveloperExperience Level - 3 years or moreAs an eLearning developer, you will have to:Create eLearning course modules on eLearning authoring tools, adhering to the content design principles.Create basic, media-rich, and advanced course modules on eLearning authoring tools as per the specifications given by instructional designers.Create custom JavaScript code snippets to implement the features requested by the instructional designers.Create gamified assessments containing gamification elements such as score counters, slide timers, leaderboards, etc.The right candidate will possess:Expert-level knowledge of the eLearning course module authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, etc.Demonstrated experience in advanced course module creation with multiple layering and trigger creation.Demonstrated experience in gamified assessment creation with programmed gamification elements.Demonstrated experience in feature creation using JavaScript.Demonstrated experience in creating course modules using the UX design methodology.Demonstrated experience in successfully creating learning programs with stringent quality parameters.Job Description - eLearning Developer
