To develop sales & marketing strategies to develop sales growth in the assigned area.
To achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
To develop and manage an efficient field work schedule & network to improve sales performance.
To conduct market research to understand competitors & market trends.
To provide innovative ideas & suggestions to improve market presence.
To report & coordinate with the Sales Manager - Sales to enhance revenue & sales performance.
To maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
To develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.
To present a performance review on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
To collect payment outstanding from the customers on a timely basis.
To perform any other task time to time assigned by Reporting Head/Director-Service/Managing Director.
