Sales Counsellor (Immediate Joiner)

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Client Consultation & Sales:

• Engage with walk-in and online inquiries, explain available treatments, and convert leads into appointments.
• Provide expert counseling on HydraFacial, Botox, Laser Hair Reduction, Fillers, Glutathione Drips, and other skin & hair treatments.
• Follow up with potential clients and close sales effectively.

✅ Target Achievement & Revenue Generation:

• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant treatments and packages.

✅ Client Relationship Management:

• Maintain a strong rapport with existing clients, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
• Address customer concerns professionally, ensuring a seamless experience.

✅ Coordination & Reporting:

• Work closely with dermatologists and clinic staff to align treatment recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, follow-ups, and appointments.

Key Requirements:

🔹 Experience: 1-3 years in Sales/Counselling, preferably in the Aesthetic/Beauty/Healthcare industry.
🔹 Skills: Strong communication, persuasive selling, and negotiation skills.
🔹 Education: Bachelor's degree (Preferred but not mandatory).
🔹 Language: Fluent in English and Hindi.
🔹 Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and email communication.
🔹 Availability: Immediate joiner preferred.
