Senior Product Manager - IoT Domain (8-15 yrs)

Role : Senior Product Manager / Associate Director (iOT, Wearables)

Experience Required : 8 - 15 years

Mandatory Company : Good B2C Hardware-based products (Like iOT, Smart Watches, Consumer Electronics, Smart Homes, or Connected Devices etc.)

Mandatory : Need proper Hardware experience only.

Candidate's current CTC should not be less than 20 LPA

Working Days : 5 days/week

Office Location : Sector 49, Gurugram

Role & Responsibilities :

- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to identify new IoT market opportunities and develop business strategies that leverage IoT technologies.

- Lead the product ideation, development, and launch processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.

- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to understand IoT trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements.

- Drive IoT product innovation through prototyping, testing, and validation, leveraging agile methodologies.

- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful IoT product launches and go-to-market strategies.

- Establish partnerships with IoT technology providers, start-ups, and industry experts to enhance product capabilities and market positioning.

- Monitor IoT industry developments and regulatory changes to anticipate market shifts and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Ideal Candidate :

- Proven track record of success in product management, with at least 8 years of experience in leading IoT product initiatives. Strong Senior Product Manager / Associate Director Profiles with iOT / Wearables / Devices / Smart Homes or similar Hardware product experience

Mandatory experience :

- Must have recent 3+ YOE in Product Management with iOT / Wearables / Devices / Smart Homes or similar Hardware products

- Must have Experience in Complete Product Life cycle (Research, Design, Development and Go-To-Market Strategies)

- Must have experience working with Hardware teams to provide specifications and for product development (Preferably China exposure)

- Strong understanding of embedded systems, hardware/software integration, and IoT security principles.

- Experience in developing and launching IoT products from concept to commercialization.

- Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights to drive product strategy.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.

- Entrepreneurial mind set with a passion for innovation, technology, and market disruption.

- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
