B.Tech / Mtech / Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Statistics from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges

Preferred (Industry) - Candidates from Ad Tech are preferred but not mandatory

Preferred (Company) : Open to candidates from any domain with strong ML expertise

Working Days : 5 days/week

Office Location : Sector 129, Noida

Role & Responsibilities :

- Conduct thorough research on input topics related to business requirements.

- Generate innovative ideas for features and models necessary to address various problems within our ad server system.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into our core business applications.

- Build robust machine learning models, including but not limited to :

1. Logistic regression

2. Decision trees

3. Natural Language Processing (NLP) models

4. Neural networks

- Fine-tune models for optimal accuracy and performance.

- Work with diverse databases to prepare and pre-process data for model training.

- Ensure seamless integration of machine learning solutions with our business applications.

- Demonstrate strong programming skills (Python/Java) to create efficient and scalable models.

- Exhibit proficiency in data structures and algorithms.

- Write effective database queries to extract, transform, and load data for model training and evaluation.

Ideal Candidate :

- Strong Data Scientist Profile with Machine Learning (ML) and Python coding experience

- 5- 10 years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or related fields.

- Mandatory experience - 4+ YOE in developing and deploying Machine Learning (ML) models

- Mandatory experience - 4+ YOE in Python Programming (must be able to write codes)

- Mandatory core Skill - Expertise in Linear Regression and Classification

- Mandatory core Skill - Strong knowledge and practical experience in Decision Trees

- Mandatory core Skill - Proven hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP)

- Mandatory core Skill - Proficiency in Neural Networks with practical applications

Preferred :

- Preferred core Skill - Familiarity with Data Structures and Algorithms.

- Expertise in writing Python/Java code for model development.
