Role Overview:

As a Digital Marketing and Website Specialist , you will drive the optimization of TLG Globals digital presence and execute data-driven strategies to elevate brand visibility and engagement. This role combines expertise in digital marketing, web management, and analytics to create impactful campaigns and ensure the effectiveness of our online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Insights:

• Conduct comprehensive research on market trends, competitors, and audience behaviors to inform strategic decisions.
  
• Analyze campaign performance, website traffic, and digital platform data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  
• Develop performance dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
  
  2. Digital Marketing Campaigns:
  

  • Plan and execute effective digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, social media advertising, and email marketing.
    
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance for metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
    
  • Collaborate with social media and creative teams to ensure campaign alignment with brand goals and target audience preferences.
    
    3. Web Management and SEO:
    

    • Manage the companywebsites, ensuring up-to-date information and a user-friendly interface.
      
    • Optimize website content and structure for enhanced SEO rankings and improved user experience.
      
    • Leverage tools like Google Analytics and heatmaps to analyze website performance and recommend enhancements.
      
      4. Collaboration and Strategic Support:
      

      • Partner with creative, social media, and PR teams to align digital strategies with overall marketing initiatives.
        
      • Contribute to the planning and execution of major projects, including hotel launches, visa marketing programs, and new product rollouts.
        
        5. Data-Driven Innovation:
        

        • Use data insights to recommend and implement strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
          
        • Stay informed about emerging digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and web technologies to incorporate innovative practices.
          
          
          
          Requisitos Skills and Qualifications:
          

          • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or a related role.
            
          • Technical Expertise: Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
            
          • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
            
          • Marketing Knowledge: In-depth understanding of social media advertising, email marketing, and content strategies.
            
          • Web Development: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and UX principles is an advantage.
            
          • Communication: Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Portuguese are a plus.
            Work Schedule:
