About the Role

We are urgently seeking highly motivated, self-starting Senior Developers who excel in both technical delivery and collaboration with the Previse team and Previses customer. This is a critical role for projects requiring deep Python development, advanced Generative AI expertise, and experience in the Group Insurance domain. Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and AI models.
• Design, implement, and optimize Generative AI solutions to solve real-world problems in the Group Insurance space.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, create technical designs, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Build and maintain APIs and integrate third-party systems into insurance platforms.
• Apply Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to deliver innovative solutions.
• Analyze data and business requirements specific to Group Insurance products to drive AI/ML-based automation.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and provide technical leadership to resolve challenges quickly.
• Produce clear technical documentation, including design specs, processes, and testing frameworks.

Technical Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Python development, including strong expertise in:
• Python frameworks: eg: Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Building RESTful APIs.
• Database development with PostgreSQL/MySQL, and ORMs like SQLAlchemy.
• Code version control.

Generative AI Expertise:

• Experience with frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI API, or LangChain.
• Proficiency in building, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs for production use.
• Solid knowledge of NLP, text generation, summarization, and AI pipelines.
• Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Hands-on experience with tools like Kubeflow, MLFlow, or KServe for managing end-to-end AI/ML pipelines.
• Experience with frameworks like vLLM and TensorRT-LLM for deploying low-latency, high-throughput large language models.

Group Insurance Domain:

• Strong understanding of Group Insurance workflows (e.g., claims processing, underwriting, policy management).
• Experience integrating systems used in the insurance sector.

Other Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with cloud services: AWS, Azure.
• Proficiency in working with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as OutSystems, Mendix, or Microsoft Power Platform for rapid prototyping and solution development.
• Proficiency with Prometheus/Grafana for monitoring of AI solutions in production environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• Proven track record of delivering AI-powered solutions.
