About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with over 5 years of experience to join our growing team. This role is integral to developing, enhancing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, including Nonprofit Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess strong programming skills, logical thinking, and a sense of responsibility to deliver high-quality solutions.

What You Will Do:

• Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain Aura Components, Flows, Test Classes, Batch Classes, and Rest API integrations.
• Configure Salesforce Objects, Fields, Security Systems, Roles, Permissions, and Profiles.
• Create and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards to support business intelligence.
• Ensure the integrity of data and system functionality through rigorous testing and debugging.
• Manage deployments using tools like Gearset and Changesets.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and features to incorporate best practices and innovations.

Basic Requirements:

• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent programming skills and logical thinking to craft robust solutions.
