Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential customers in the assigned territory.
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
• Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Address customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Gather feedback to improve the customer experience.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare and submit sales reports to the supervisor.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
• Provide insights to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer details, and agreements.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

• Previous experience in B2B customer success or lab equipment sales.
• Technical background in machinery, engineering, or similar fields.
• Experience in managing customer satisfaction targets and supporting product adoption.
