Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries, concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Lead Management: Qualify leads, nurture relationships, and follow up on sales inquiries from various online channels
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up with leads.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors /Master's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in B2B technology sales, preferably in software solutions, SaaS, IT services.
