You will manage multiple CS projects and other deliverables for the assigned therapeutic area or other area of assignment. With considerable independence, you will routinely act as lead on or otherwise oversee and manage CS assignments of increasing complexity, with responsibility for ensuring timely, high-quality completion of all deliverables associated with assigned CS projects and/or recurring workstreams. You will participate in or lead special, internally oriented projects that advance Prescient's capabilities and infrastructure, such as new team training, new systems or applications, new methodologies, or other tools. You will typically lead a team of direct reports. This position requires an understanding of the evolving biopharmaceutical market and trends.
