Business Analyst - Presales (3-7 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Pre-sales Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in pre-sales and business analysis, with a strong understanding of IT solutions and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work in the US shift, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the pre-sales phase, understanding their business needs and requirements.

- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Solution Design: Work closely with the technical team to design and propose tailored IT solutions that meet client requirements.

- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, BRDs, Mock-ups, presentations, and demonstrations to clients.

- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT solutions, software development lifecycle, and emerging technologies.

- RFP/RFI Management: Lead the response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.

- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirement specifications, process flows, and solution overviews.

- Client Presentations: Deliver engaging and informative presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of the solutions.
