What Youll Be Doing:

• To apply a basic knowledge to assist in the co-ordination of payroll data collection from
  Global countries.
  • Retrieval of Payroll output using ADP systems to enabling checking
  • Payroll and administrate full-cycle payroll utilizing third
  party payroll provider (ADP WFN)
  • Payroll reconciliation data in Excel as required
  • Accounting journals for payroll and input of journals into accounting system CP
  • To develop and maintain a good knowledge of the companys HR and payroll processes
  and procedures and the accounting system relating to the required activities
  • To apply basic accounting knowledge and techniques to all areas of work, including the
  production of journals and reconciliations.
  . Effective management of global payroll and Deltek/Timesheet activities involves automating reminders and to ensure all timesheets are submitted and posted accurately and on time.
  

What We Are Searching For:

• Good basic education.
  • Previous work experience in payroll
  • Up to date payroll approach/knowledge/experience
  • Finance experience related to payroll activities
  • Knowledge of payroll legislation
  • Proficient MS Office, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of working with databases/HRIS systems and processes
  • Strong organizational skills to aid the ability to manage multiple deadlines within scope of responsibility.
