Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales teams to achieve targets through effective communication, motivation, and goal-setting.
  
• Develop and implement strategies for residential real estate sales growth by identifying new business opportunities.
  
• Conduct field marketing activities such as property visits, open houses, and direct selling efforts to generate leads.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance to drive business results.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-7 years of experience in B2C Sales or Direct Sales in Real Estate industry.
  
• Strong understanding of Field Marketing, Field Sales, Insurance Sales, Property Sales, Real Estate Marketing, Real Estate Sales, Residential Sales.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
