Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with existing customers by providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently meeting client needs and delivering exceptional results.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns for new property launches.
  
• Conduct site visits to showcase properties and provide expert advice on housing options to clients.
  
• Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research to generate leads for real estate sales.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in B2C sales, direct sales, field sales, housing, residential sales, or real estate sales.
  
• Strong understanding of local real estate markets and trends; ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
  
• Excellent communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly over phone calls or face-to-face meetings.
