Executive Accounts Accountant

Preparation of data relating to GST returns.

1. Co-ordinate with SCM team, Finance commercial team to reconcile GST output tax.
2. Pull out data from SAP system to reconcile GST input tax.
3. Co-ordinate with Central GST team in return filing and addressing department queries if any.
4. Co-ordinate with central GST team on matters relating to RCM & its credit availability.
5. Reconcile GST data 2A/B Vs 3 B returns.
6. Reconcile input tax credit as per SAP books with GSTN data.
7. Publish list of vendors who are defaulting in GST payment and ensure zero revenue leakages to the company.
8. Prepare and reconcile data relating to TDS / TCS remittance & returns.
9. Validate vendor invoices & DN/CN if any with reference to GST compliance.
10. Be an active member in finance P2P team.
11. Follow month end calendar activities relating to book closure.

Requirements:

1. B.Com / M com/MBA with good working knowledge in GST.
2. Must be hands on in systems and processes esp Excel & SAP preferably.
3. Good at communication & interpersonal skill.
4. Must be a team player.
