Below is the Job Description for Profile :

• To source customers for Current Account & Saving Account .
• Customers to be sourced from individuals, small businesses, trusts, associations, societies, corporates.
• Revenue Generation, Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention, Cost Efficiency Through Process
• Hardcore sales mentality. Primary motivation from achievement of targets. A hunter by orientation.
• Should be well groomed and presentable with ambassadorship qualities
• Maximum Age Limit - 28 Years
• Premier Acquisition Manager age limit is 32 Years

Note-

Candidates from banking industry preferred.

Candidate Must have basic knowledge of Banking products & Role which he/she applied for.

Qualification required:

Minimum Graduate with appropriate experience in direct field sales.

Grade to be Offered: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager (On roll of Kotak Mahindra Bank)
