Senior Executive Finance & Accounts

As a Senior Executive - Finance, you will :

• Regularly update and track the companys budget in alignment with financial goals and business objectives.
• Ensure accurate and timely updating of budget data, providing insights and recommendations for improvements or adjustments.
• Prepare financial statements and reports when required, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and align with company policies and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial projections and forecasts.
• Collaborate with various departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to collect relevant data for financial analysis.
• Act as the key liaison between finance and revenue stakeholders to ensure smooth data flow.
• Monitor and prepare detailed cash flow reports to ensure that the business has adequate liquidity to meet its operational needs.
• Analyze cash inflows and outflows, identifying trends and providing recommendations for better cash management.
• Prepare various financial reports as required by senior management, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Analyze business data by understanding the underlying drivers and trends to help guide strategic decisions.
• Analyze financial and operational data to understand the business nature, trends, and performance.
• Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to support decision-making.

Skills required :

• 3+ Years of experience in interpreting financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow) to draw meaningful conclusions.
• Completed CMA Final/CA Final.
• Proficiency in Excel managing, analyzing, and visualizing large data sets.
• Ability to perform in-depth financial analysis to assess business performance and provide insights.
• Knowledge of key financial ratios, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Ability to assess financial health and performance of a business, including profitability, liquidity, and solvency.
• Proficiency in creating clear, concise, and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations.
• Ability to summarize complex financial data and analysis into digestible insights for management or clients.
• Expertise in preparing accurate and detailed financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
