Job Profile:

a) Summary: Female Candidate Only

Required Candidate with Full-time degree course in Master in Human Resource or related degree from a recognized university with experience of at least 5 to 8 years in the Human Resource in the Pharmaceutical/ Medical Industry.

b) Job Responsibilities:

• Hiring: Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates. Prepaaration of CTC and related documentation.
• Onboarding: Planning and Assisting with new employee orientation and on-boarding Process.
• Benefits: Managing employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Performance: Assisting with performance evaluations, feedback, JDs, Employee growth plan and goal-setting.
• Policies: Developing and implementing human resources policies and procedures
• Employee relations: Guiding management on employee relations and performance management
• Training: Identifying training needs and preparing training matrix, coordinating training, and supporting professional development
• Employee experience: Implementing programs to improve the employee experience
• Disciplinary: Handling complaints and disciplinary procedures
• Communication: Creating and distributing internal communications
• POSH

c) Required Skills:

HR generalists should be computer literate and have strong interpersonal and english communication skills. They should also be able to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
