Walk-in Interview @ Gurgaon Urgently Required -Accounts ERP Executive

This position is for Gujarat Location but In person interview will be held in Gurgaon location . Role & responsibilities

1.To Ensure all tax compliance Including direct tax, TDS, TCS, Indirect taxes (GST)

2. To Ensure GST liability is computed correctly and Inputs has been taken correctly as per law

3. Ensure all bills received from different departments for payments are completed and correct ( In terms of code, approvals, all necessary documents are duly attached )

4. To Ensure closure of all books of accounts/ balance Sheets on quarterly , half yearly and annual basis

5. Responsible for all finance and accounts related audits quarterly and annual

6. Can Manage Share trading accounts of all stake holders

7. prepare financial statements ( Profit and Loss accounts , Balance Sheet , Income Tax Statement, cash Flow statement)

8. Oversee the entire accounting cycle , including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger .

9. Conduct Month End and Year End closing procedures

10. Overall accounting management. Responsible for bookkeeping, tax and other accounting activities, issue financial statements on time.

11. Purchase and payment management. Audit all kinds of payment procedures, such as purchase payment and expense reimbursement, to ensure compliance of payment business.

12. Material safety management. Manage, inspect and inspect the company's assets, such as inventory and assets, to ensure the consistency of accounts and facts. Organize regular inventory and asset count as required by the group.

13. Complete targeted audit for accounting, capital, tax and other financial risks.

Preferred candidate profile

• Degree in finance/accounting or related (essential).
• 5 years of work experience as a Finance & Accounts Manager.
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP TALLY, and other financial planning software.
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to direct and supervise
• B. Com M. Com/MBA Or CA degree in Accounting or Finance
