Precision Pressing Manufacturers is looking for QMS Coordinator to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.QMS Development and Maintenance: Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's Quality Management System in accordance with ISO standards, ensuring that it is effective and aligned with the company's goals.
Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with ISO quality standards and regulations, staying updated with changes and updates to standards.
Audit and Assessment: Plan and conduct regular internal audits and assessments of the QMS to identify areas for improvement and non-conformities.
Documentation: Manage and update quality documents, policies, procedures, and records, ensuring they are accessible and up-to-date.
Training: Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards, policies, and the use of QMS tools and processes.
Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement, facilitating root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and process optimization.
Quality Metrics: Establish and track key quality metrics, providing data and reports to management for decision-making and process improvement.
Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks and quality issues, developing strategies to mitigate them.
Supplier Quality: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure they meet quality requirements and participate in supplier audits and evaluations.
Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products, services, and overall customer satisfaction.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the organization complies with relevant quality and regulatory standards in addition to ISO.
Management Review: Conduct regular management reviews of the QMS, presenting findings and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Certification as an ISO Internal Auditor may be required.
Several years of professional experience in quality management and ISO compliance.
Strong knowledge of ISO quality standards and their practical application.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in industries or sectors with specific quality and regulatory standards.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other quality improvement methodologies.
Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
