Position - Pre Sales Associate
Job Summary - As a Pre-Sales Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in the pre-sales stage of the customer journey. Your primary goal will be to assist in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and providing valuable information to potential customers to help facilitate the sales process.
Responsibilities:
Qualification: Assess the needs and requirements of potential customers to determine if they are a good fit for the company's products or services
Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers
Customer Engagement : Engage with prospects through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings to build rapport, address their concerns, and answer any questions they may have about the products or services.
Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to coordinate efforts, share insights, and ensure a seamless transition of leads from pre-sales to the sales stage.
Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospects, including notes, contact information, and any relevant details in the company's CRM system.
Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new opportunities and provide strategic input to the sales and marketing teams
Qualifications:
Working Policy :
1. Minimum 120 Calls per Day
2. Shift timings - 9am to 7pm (Monday to Saturday)
(2nd and 4th Saturday will be 9 am to 1 Pm)
