Support Executive

Roles & Responsibilities: Including but not limited to

• Coordination & follow up with clients/ associates for documents gathering/ compliances
• Office coordination and reporting assistance - allocation of work and reporting
• Work in close supervisor of director/ supervisor to enhance productivity & efficiency of each of the staff
• Office administration & also involvement in HR activities
• Data Updation, validation via search engines and establishing connection with the respective entity
• Mass mailing, messaging and letter writing in guidance to supervisor on the given/ updated contacts
• Ensure office decorum as per set policy and rules
• Support/ Assistance to Supervisor/ Director

Preferred candidate profile

• Must be able to work under performance & goal oriented environment
• Past experience in B2B sales/ marketing/ business development coordination & assistance involving travelling to meet team at different location is preferable
• At-least graduate from regular college, MBA from regular management school is preferable
• Pleasant personality and effective communication (English)
• Career oriented and ability to work under goal oriented environment
• Maintain formal corporate dressing and inspire other with her good personality and formal dressing
