ServiceNow Developer/Senior Developer (3-7 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ITSM OR CSM OR OMT OR TSM modules within ServiceNow, and a solid understanding of product offerings, service/resource specifications, and decomposition rules.

The role requires expertise in developing and supporting various ServiceNow ITSM modules, including scripting, customization, and integration with REST APIs.

Below is the JD for the ITSM and CSM.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, and support ITSM and CSM modules in ServiceNow.

- Implement product and service specifications, resource specifications, and decomposition rules.

- Configure UI Policies, Data Policies, UI Actions, and create custom fields on forms.

- Manage Incident, Problem, and Request Management processes within ITSM modules.

- Utilize Flow Designer and Workflow Editor for efficient business process automation.

- Integrate REST APIs to streamline data exchange and system functionality.

- Create and manage email notifications and events for proactive communications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in ServiceNow configurations and workflows.

Requirements :

- Proven experience working with ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules.

- Strong understanding of product offerings, service/resource specifications, and decomposition rules.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and customization (e.g., Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes).

- Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.

- Experience configuring and managing UI Policies, Data Policies, and UI Actions.

- Knowledge of REST API integration with ServiceNow.

- Hands-on experience with ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, and Request Management.
