MS Dynamics Techno-Functional Consultant - Field Service (7-10 yrs)

Job Title : MS Dynamics BSA

Job Summary :

We are seeking a 7 to 10 Years of highly skilled MS Dynamics Techno Functional BSA to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for design, development and implementation of solutions using the MS Dynamics Field Service / Scheduling modules. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development Cycle, manage user stories with Agile methodologies experience in Global environment.

Location : India ( Bangalore / Remote ).

Key Responsibilities :

- Solid Understanding on the Field Service /scheduling modules in MS Dynamics 365.

- 7+ year Techno Functional experience in configuration/customization of the Dynamics Field Service Module.

- Experienced with MS Power Apps/ Flows, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, Azure DevOps

- Develop solutioning that is scalable, efficient, and meets the needs of the business. Design and recommend solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet business objectives

- Experience in using Connectors like SAP, SharePoint, SQL, Dataverse and Azure.

- Able to Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and identify key business processes that will be supported by the new solution.

- Functional documentation, As-Is and To-Be process flows, functional testing, test script creation, UAT testing, Implementation plans, Change Management, Business demos - Create user stories or functional documentation, business process flows to support development.

- Execute the Project /Service lifecycle of Dynamics 365, including customization, configuration, and integration with other systems in Agile.

- Ensure that the solution meets security and compliance requirements.

- Execute development and collaborate with other teams to ensure successful integration with other systems.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to technical problems.

- Perform and sign off system integration testing (SIT) to ensure E2E testing of apps.

- Facilitate execution and UAT Sign off, Knowledge Transfer and Hypercare support.

- Good Troubleshooting skills and Experience in working in Azure DevOps.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven Techno -Functional experience with MS Dynamics (Field Service and Scheduling with Integration knowledge).

- Strong understanding of software development, testing principles and practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Have good communication skills with high level of stakeholder management skills.

- Previous experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry or related fields will be added advantage.
