Job Description
At Praval We are seeking a skilled SharePoint MigrationSpecialist to lead and execute SharePoint migrations from legacy environments.(SharePoint On-Prem, File Shares, or other platforms) to SharePoint Online(M365). The ideal candidate will have experience in SharePoint architecture,migration planning, Power Automate, and data governance. This role involvesworking closely with stakeholders, IT teams, and end-users to ensure a seamlesstransition with minimal disruption
Requirements
- 6 - 8 years of experience in SharePointmigration, administration, or development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SharePointOnline, SharePoint On-Prem (2013/2016/2019), and M365 .
- Proficiency in migration tools like SPMT, Sharegate,Metalogix, or AvePoint
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps,and Microsoft Graph API .
- Knowledge of Azure AD, OneDrive, and Teamsintegration with SharePoint .
- Familiarity with SharePoint Framework (SPFx),PowerShell scripting, and PnP provisioning .
- Strong understanding of data security,governance, and compliance .
- Excellentproblem-solving and communication skills
