Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role in Pune for a Key Account Manager for large GCC Account.

- The Key Account Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of key account, creating and implementing account plan and business strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction by providing thought leadership in space of Software Product Development Services.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in key account management and business planning

- 10+ years of experience working with GCC for ISVs in India

- Strong experience in Outsourced Product Development (OPD) selling to ISVs

- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

- Experience in managing and growing key accounts

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

- Sound understanding of customer needs and market trends

- Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required

- Experience in the software industry is preferred

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
