The ideal candidate should have vast experience in End to End IT sales across domains like Cloud, ERP, Ed-tech etc. and should be well versed with IT Service Selling/ Account Management. The role involves exposure with cross domain industry & International Clients along with a fast-paced and trending tech-based environment.
Experience:
- 10+ yrs. Job Location: Indore (WFO).
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and customer relationship building.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives..
- Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and proactive lead generation, responding to RFI/RFPs, preparing proposals, delivering executive presentations, negotiations, and contract closures..
- Should have hands-on experience in SOW/contracts/proposal creation.
- Should represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
- Should be able to manage client relationships and meet client expectations.
- Set and manage client expectations before and after winning the deal.
- Strong command on MS Office, Google Sheets, Presentations, etc.
- Good knowledge of Agile/SDLC methodologies of software development.
- Good exposure dealing with change, delivery, and resource management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.. 8+ years of experience in IT sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel as needed
