Synapse XTL - Full Stack Developer/Team Lead - React.js/Javascript (5-8 yrs)

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for building fully-fledged platforms using a range of different technologies.

You'll be involved in the entire application/ product development lifecycle, including the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of new and existing features.

You'll write clean and functional code on the frontand back-end and collaborate closely with the development team to ensure system consistency and create a great user experience.

Experience : 5+ years.

Location : Indore (WFO).

Responsibilities :

- Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment.

- Ability to lead & guide team on building end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scale.

- Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth.

- Develop new features and infrastructure in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements.

- Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, and maintain high standards for code quality and application design.

- Developing new user-facing features using React.js.

- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use, translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.

- Optimize database queries and structures for performance.

- Code reviews, debugging complex issues and ensuring code quality through reviews and testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience building scalable/ enterprise web applications.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.

- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.

- 3+ years of experience developing in React.js and Redux and experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).

- 3+ years of experience coding robust and secure Rest APIs in Node.js, JSON, XML.

- 3+ years of experience working with MySQL (or SQL Server) and writing optimized queries.

- Deep knowledge of creating standards-compliant, cross-browser, mobile-compatible front-end code with responsive design.

- Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs.

- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

- Experience with code versioning tools such as GitHub.

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

Good to have :

- Experience with Next.js.

- Interest in learning new tools, languages, workflows etc.

- Experience with continuous integration/ continuous deployment using Jenkins/ AWS CodePipeline/ CloudFormation templates.

- Experience with AWS infrastructure (API Gateway, S3, Lambda, Aurora, EC2).

- Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.

- Good to have experience working with a product organization.

Soft Skills :

- Should be a self-starter who is excited to relentlessly solve many technical challenges.

- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
