Electrical Testing Manager - Electrical Construction/Project Work

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage testing and commissioning activities for electrical construction projects.
• Develop and implement testing procedures, protocols, and standards to ensure the quality and reliability of electrical systems.
• Supervise and lead a team of testing engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct on-site inspections and testing of electrical systems, equipment, and installations to verify compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Review and approve testing plans, reports, and documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to address testing-related issues and ensure successful project completion.
• Identify and troubleshoot problems during testing and commissioning, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Prepare and present detailed testing reports and findings to senior management and clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and regulatory changes related to electrical testing and commissioning.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the testing team and organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical testing and commissioning within construction or project environments.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations related to electrical testing and commissioning.
• Proven experience in managing testing teams and overseeing complex testing projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in testing and diagnostic tools and software.
