Pre Sales

Role & responsibilities

• Sales exposure with rich experience in end-to-end ERP presales cycle
• Extensively worked in scoping, estimation, proposal, presentations, & commercials for the ERP
• Work closely with the core sales team to coordinate with prospects to understand current business requirements and future needs.
• Hands on experience in solution building, proposals writing, estimation and pricing
• Responsible for Lead Generation in the allotted regions and converting into opportunities
• Good in Reporting, Sales Pipeline, Campaigns, and Inside Sales and global team coordination
• Act as the face of the company for customer
• Proposal proofreading and documentations
• Present service offerings of Prateek to help clients understand how they can benefit, including features and functionalities, service definition and if required cost-benefit analysis.
• Respond to Request for Proposals within stipulated timelines and as per client instructions.
• Assist the compilation and completion of Sales handover documents for Prateeks internal teams.

Preferred candidate profile

• At least 2-3 years in pre-sales function handling client demos, RFPs, RFQs and documentation.
• Effective communication, negotiation and personal grooming.
• Sound technical background/experience/knowledge.
• Experience in documenting and presenting solutions.
• Should be able to demonstrate ability to manage or coordinate small projects within timelines.
• Must be fluent in English and possess the ability to articulate well.
• Ability to connect and have engaging conversations with CEOs/CXOs etc.
