CIVIL Engineer (Specialization in Structural Engineering)

Role & responsibilities

1) Planning, Organizing and supervising NHAI project activities.

2) Managing bridge and super structure construction including pre-stressing of box girders.

3) Directing and supervising site personnel.

4) Ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.

5) Conducting quality control checks and inspections.

6)Coordinating with Engineers, Contractors and Sub Contractors.

7)Resolving technical issues and providing solutions.

8)Maintaining accurate project documentation.

9) Communicating updates to clients and stakeholders.

10)Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

1) Exposure to roads and Highways Projects.

2) Proficiency in Structural Engineering Concepts and methods.

3) Experience with Bridge and Superstructure Construction, including VUP Structures.

4) Knowledge of Construction materials, Regulations and Standards.

5) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

6) Strong Leadership, Organizational and communication Skills.

7) Problem Solving ability and attention to details.

8) Familiarity with road projects, especially NHAI projects.
